Reservation / Direct Booking
- Booking could be made by directly contacting our phone number at +62 813 8586 3388.
- Room booking is subject to availability.
- Full payment for your accommodation fee should be settled upon check-in. Could be settled upon check-out with a security deposit or ID CARD/DRIVING LICENSE required.
Cancellation and Changes
- Room booking should be made the latest 1 week prior to the check-in date, cancellation SHOULD BE made 3 days prior to the check-in date. Guest will be contacted 3 days prior to check-in date for confirmation. Should guests could not be contacted, your booking will be canceled. Unless a confirmation from your party is made after.
- Should a room booking be made 1 day prior to the check-in date, guests will be reconfirmed within 12 hours before check-in. Should the guest could not be contacted, your booking will be canceled. Unless a confirmation from your party is made after.
- In relation to the changes to the booked room, it will depend on availability and the rate applicable on that day.
- Should a guest cancel a stay and the payment process has been made, a cancelation fee of 50% of the room rate is applicable.
Room Rate
Room rates are net, including breakfast, Tax & Service, and the facilities provided. Room rates are charged per room per night, maximum capacity of 2 persons.
Room
Rooms are cleaned on daily basis. You can contact our receptionist for a request of daily towels and finished amenities.

Remarks:
- Early Check in before 12.00 pm is subject to additional charge at 50%.
- Late Check out until 03.00 pm is subject to additional charge at 50%.
- Late Check out after 04.00 pm will be subject to additional charge at 100%.
